Upande has extensive experience developing webgis applications, particularly using the OpenGeo stack which includes GeoServer, OpenLayers, GeoExt, GeoNetwork.
A powerful example on Virtual Kenya, is the WorldMap application, a Geonode clone built around the same OpenGeo stack.
